I've just paid. Now what?
Usually after the successful payment, you will be receiving an automatic email for Order Confirmation. If the Order Confirmation is not in your inbox, you may check your SPAM folder as sometimes emails go directly to that folder. However, if you haven’t received the Order Confirmation, please feel free to contact or email us anytime using the Contact Us tab.
Can I cancel an order?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. After that we will ship you order and we won't be able to cancel it.
However, after you receive the product, you will be eligible to ask for a return and refund and we'll do it no questions asked.
I didn't receive my order, What can I do?
We guarantee 100% the delivery of every item! If you did not received your order within the delivery timeframe, simply contact us using the Contact Us tab and we will gladly take care of that.
Returns and Refunds
How do I apply for a refund?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
